My name is Brit Martin, born and raised in the lower class areas of Bakersfield California. My childhood was marked by a unique experience-navigating life with a family member who faced hoarding challenges and also took a huge part in raising me. Growing up amid the clutter and chaos, I developed a passion for restoring order and harmony to living spaces. Those formative years became the foundation for what would later become my life’s mission and also give me purpose outside of being a mother.
In 2018, as a brand new realtor and a new resident to Los Angeles, the unexpected departure of my long-term boyfriend left me facing the complexities of single motherhood. While striving to make my mark in the competitive real estate industry of Southern California, a surprising turn of events led me to discover what is now a true passion of mine. Real Estate Clients began seeking not only property expertise but also assistance in decluttering, packing, and other home and office services. The pieces fell into place, and the concept for FCHH LLC (Floor to Ceiling Home Healing) was born. What started as a unique response to a demand quickly evolved into a passion-driven venture. I am motivated by a profound understanding of the psychology behind hoarding disorder and I believe everyone deserves to live in spaces that bring joy and happiness. With an empathetic approach, FCHH offers a range of residential and commercial services tailored to enhance and simplify the lives of our clients.
